Liability Waiver

IMPORTANT: EACH PARTICIPANT MUST READ AND SIGN THIS DOCUMENT BEFORE USING ANY GAMES OR EQUIPMENT. THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT.

By signing this Liability Waiver and Release Agreement ("Agreement"), I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions for my use of the games, equipment, and services provided by LifePartyRental.com LLC ("Company"):

1. Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that the use of the games, inflatables, and other party rental equipment (collectively, "Equipment") provided by the Company involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of physical injury, paralysis, or death. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any and all risks of injury, damage, or loss that may arise from my participation in activities involving the Equipment, regardless of whether such risks are known or unknown.

2. Release of Liability

I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby release, waive, and discharge LifePartyRental.com LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, including those arising from the Released Parties' own negligence, that may result from my use of the Equipment or participation in any related activities.

3. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, losses, or liabilities, including attorney’s fees, that may result from injuries or damages to myself, any other participants, or third parties as a result of my use of the Equipment or participation in the activities.

4. Medical Treatment

In the event that I am injured while using the Equipment, I consent to receive any necessary medical treatment and agree to be financially responsible for any costs associated with such treatment. I understand that the Released Parties do not provide medical insurance coverage for participants.

5. Acknowledgment of Safety Rules

I acknowledge that I have been provided with and understand all instructions regarding the safe use of the Equipment. I agree to follow all safety rules and guidelines provided by LifePartyRental.com LLC and its representatives. I understand that failure to follow these rules may increase the risk of injury.

6. Supervision and Responsibility

I understand that I am responsible for my own safety while using the Equipment. If I am a parent or guardian signing for a minor participant, I take full responsibility for the supervision and safety of the minor during the use of the Equipment.

7. Condition of Equipment

I acknowledge that the Equipment provided by LifePartyRental.com LLC is in good condition and functioning properly. I agree to use the Equipment responsibly and return it in the same condition as it was provided to me, aside from normal wear and tear. I accept that I may be held financially responsible for any damage caused to the Equipment due to improper use.

8. Voluntary Participation

I confirm that my participation in activities involving the Equipment is entirely voluntary and that I am under no obligation to participate. I have considered the risks involved and choose to participate willingly, understanding all potential hazards.

9. Governing Law

I agree that this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the state courts located in Arizona.

10. Acknowledgment of Understanding

I have read this Agreement carefully and understand its terms. I understand that by signing this Agreement, I am waiving substantial legal rights, including the right to sue LifePartyRental.com LLC or any of the Released Parties. I sign this Agreement freely and voluntarily, without any inducement or assurance of any nature.

If the participant is under 18 years of age:
I, as the parent or legal guardian of the minor named below, consent to the terms of this Agreement on behalf of the minor and agree to release the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action on behalf of the minor.
